2026 Katie Gathering
This year’s Gathering will be held October 2-3, 2026 at the beautiful setting of Walcamp. Our speaker will be the Rev. Dr. Dan Wegrzyn, senior pastor at St John’s, Lombard, and our theme will be Prayer.
Details
Days/Times: The Gathering will begin around 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 2, 2026 (with dinner served around 5:00 p.m.) and will end at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 3, 2026 so everyone can make their way back home.
Cost: Friday and Saturday – $50; Price includes family-style housing accommodations in the Thiel Center, which is the most recent addition to Walcamp. (Accommodations may be made for nursing mothers.) Dinner, snacks, beverages, and wine will be provided Friday night. Breakfast, snacks, lunch, and program costs for Saturday are also included. *Please note, you must bring bedding (sheets/blanket/pillow/towels) for the Theil Center and cabins*

Add a Cabin + $60
Share a Cabin + $30 – Roommate (you must state a roommate name on the registration)
Saturday Only – $25; Incudes breakfast, snacks, lunch and program costs.
